Shots were fired before 3 a.m. in MQT. One is in custody and at least one other person was sent to the MQT General Hospital for gunshot-related wounds.
An eyewitness account said that multiple shots were fired and that 911 was called. Residents around the house were evacuated.
MQT Social Scene arrived at 202 Bluff Street at approximately 3 a.m.. A crowd of roughly 20 people were standing across the street. Officers were still inside the house, while another was treated for non-gunshot issues on the street.
A Caucasian male was removed from the house by the police in handcuffs. Members of the group ran into the street as the male was being placed in the vehicle, shouting that was the person responsible for the shooting.

UPDATE: The location of the building has multiple residencies. Those residing in the building, but not the unit where the shooting was located, were evacuated. Those in neighboring houses were not evacuated. We apologize for the confusion.
